The delivery of our mobile space solutions takes place throughout Europe, mainly by truck. Delivery can also be made by train, ship or plane. We commission our long-standing partners to do this. In the international transport, our logistics solution is ProFlatpack. 4 disassembled standard empty containers are connected to a batch, which corresponds to the size of a 20" container. Up to 8 ProFlatpacks can be transported on one truck. The ProFlatpack assembly and set up on site is undertaken up to the point of turnkey container.
The difference between an assembled empty container and a dismantled container lies in the frame construction. The disassembled container consists of a steel frame to be bolted on site. The assembled empty container has a factory-welded steel frame construction. After an assembly time of 4 to 5 hours, a ProFlatpack becomes a fully assembled mobile space solution thanks to the sophisticated packaging concept.
The ProContain containers are designed with floor frame corners based on the ISO 1161 corners. This design is also possible as a roof frame corner - "Spreader corner", with ProEco, this is the default. These are particularly recommended for sea transport, as the containers can be picked up using a top spreader beam. The proven design with crane eyelets is also possible. In this case, a simplified handling can take place by means of chains and hooks. This design is the hallmark of the model series ProBasic.
Of course you can! You only need to tell us the size and design of your vehicles and we will tell you whether the load fits on one of your vehicles. Please coordinate the pick-up date with our shipping department in good time so that there are no waiting times during loading. Loading using our portal crane is a matter of course for us and free of charge for you.
Crane provision and assembly work can also be offered by ProContain at any time. A fixed travel path and a fixed footprint for the crane directly at the unloading location is a precondition. Our experienced fitters can be flexibly deployed for new installations, conversions or extensions. The foundations must be completed by the agreed assembly date. In addition, a power connection within a radius of 50 m is required. Freedom of construction and space for the containers must be ensured in advance.
