With the standardized plan grid of the ProLife system, highly efficient buildings such as offices, schools, kindergartens or residential homes, which are ready for occupancy quicker than with conventional construction methods.

With every building project a lot of questions arise regarding planning, costs and deadlines until the handover of a building. Customers interested in container construction are well advised with ProContain, from the initial consultation, through the approval procedures, to the completion of the container building - and beyond. ProContain stands for quality "Made in Germany" and relies on the use of quality-tested materials.

Design variety with ProLife

Innovative technology combined with attractive design - that is the ProLife from ProContain. Configure the equipment and facade of your spaces according to your needs. You are very flexible when it comes to designing the floor plan and room layout. Our standardized space program makes the ProLife versatile. Whether as daycare, school, university or office: the interior design and function of the type range is tailored to your needs.

In principle, our delivery programme comprises three different container types: Room, sanitary and staircase containers. Within these type groups, you can select from up to eleven different container types exactly those that meet your requirements and specifications. Innovative facade options with single and double windows round off the individual appearance of the ProLife building. Thanks to the integrated sun protection and the new heating and lighting technology, you conserve resources and at the same time reduce the operating costs for the container building.

All-round protection from ProContain

ProLife container buildings meet the fire protection requirements of DIN 4102. Depending on the requirements, fire resistance classes between F30 and F90 are achieved. These results are documented by continuous fire tests and independent fire protection reports from renowned institutes.

Due to its construction system, ProLife buildings have very good sound insulation. The double-shell wall and ceiling system, which is achieved by arranging and stacking the individual containers, ensures that sound insulation requirements are met. The sound insulation values measured on the finalised container building are significantly better than the values required in DIN 4109 both in the floor slab area and in the intermediate wall area.

The ProLife buildings naturally meet all the requirements of the applicable EnEV (German Energy Saving Ordinance) for a service life of more than 24 months with a correspondingly high level of component insulation. In the case of permanent use, these values are achieved in conjunction with building services engineering through renewable energies.

On average, persons spend up to 90% of the day indoors. The quality of indoor air therefore plays a key role in general well-being and preventive health protection. Only tested and low-emission materials are used in ProContain container buildings. The VOC and TVOC values in ProLife container buildings are well below the relevant guideline values and the usual room air concentrations.
